7: Flaxseeds (Linum Usitatissimum)
Flaxseeds and the oil obtained from flaxseeds are rich in α-linolenic acid and omega-3 fatty acid that appears to be beneficial for heart diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis, and other health problems.
