7 Best Ayurvedic Herbs for High Blood Pressure

High Blood Pressure or Hypertension is one of the most common health problem. According to science, celery contains phthalides, which relaxes the tissues of the artery walls to increase blood flow and reduce BP. 7: Flaxseeds (Linum Usitatissimum)

Flaxseeds and the oil obtained from flaxseeds are rich in α-linolenic acid and omega-3 fatty acid that appears to be beneficial for heart diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis, and other health problems. Many research studies suggest that diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids lower blood pressure significantly in people with high blood pressure.
